Customer voice
What your customers keep telling you.
Every month your customers explain, in detail and for free, what is confusing, missing or broken about your business. In most companies that intelligence is read once by one person and then archived.
What customers are asking about
This month, across every conversation.
Counted, not sampled
Product requests, pricing confusion, login problems, billing questions, delivery. Every conversation contributes, rather than whatever the support lead happened to notice this week.
Change matters more than volume
Pricing confusion at forty-one mentions may be normal for you. Forty-one when it is usually twelve is a change, and the change is the finding.
It reaches outside support
Most of what this surfaces is not a support problem: a confusing checkout, an unclear pricing page, a missing feature. It is written to be handed to whoever owns that.
The quotes are kept
A theme with the real customer wording underneath is an argument. A theme as a number is an opinion with a chart.
Questions this answers
The things you currently have to ask somebody.
Each of these is a question an owner asks regularly and currently answers from memory, a spreadsheet, or by interrupting whoever is nearest.

Where this stops
What it does not do.
This tells you what customers who contacted you said. It is not market research and it is not representative of everyone who bought from you — the people who write in are systematically different from the ones who quietly leave. It also does not tell you what to build; frequency of request is a poor guide to value on its own, and the page says so rather than implying a ranked roadmap.
