Getting started

Useful by this afternoon.

Connect the mailbox customers already write to, bring in your customers, point it at the knowledge you already have, say who handles what, and decide what the AI may do. Six steps, and the first useful answer comes before the end of them.

Ask anything about your customers…

Start with the mailbox you already have

Not a new address customers have to learn. The shared mailbox they already write to, with its history, so the first conversations arrive with context rather than blank.

Customers come from wherever they are

A customer record system, a CSV, another helpdesk, or nothing at all. Most small companies have a spreadsheet, and a spreadsheet is enough to start.

Your knowledge already exists

Your website, help articles, product docs and policies are imported as unverified candidates. Confirming what is still true is quicker than writing anything, and it is the step that makes AI answers safe.

AI starts at suggestions only

The recommended setting, and the one the flow proposes. You widen it later, per category, after seeing how it would have handled real past cases.

Questions this answers

The things you currently have to ask somebody.

Each of these is a question an owner asks regularly and currently answers from memory, a spreadsheet, or by interrupting whoever is nearest.

How long before this is actually useful?

Do customers need to email a new address?

What happens to our history?

Can we start without a CRM?

How do we stop the AI answering things it should not?

Where this stops

What it does not do.

An afternoon gets you a working inbox with customer context and verified knowledge. It does not get you a complete knowledge base, accurate customer health, or meaningful trend data — health needs a few weeks of history to say anything honest, and the product will show it as insufficient rather than guess. Migrating years of closed tickets from another helpdesk is a separate exercise and is rarely worth doing wholesale.

Where this connects.

Take better care of every customer.

Give your team the context, knowledge and AI they need to resolve problems properly — and know who needs attention before they ask.
