Your team
Measured by what customers got.
Cases owned, problems resolved, commitments kept, customer satisfaction, workload. Deliberately not minutes online, messages per hour, or anything else that measures activity rather than outcome.

Knowledge gaps
Accounts, not conversations. A customer can have three open cases and still be healthy.
Outcomes, not activity
Whether customers got what they needed. A team measured on message volume will produce message volume, and support is one of the easiest jobs in a company to look busy in.
Workload is context
Somebody handling eleven complex cases and somebody handling forty quick questions cannot be compared on count. Load is shown beside every number for that reason.
No monitoring, structurally
No keystroke tracking, no time-online, no idle detection, no hidden per-person scoring. Spec §40 rules it out, the acceptable use policy forbids using the product that way, and none of it is built.
It finds overload, not underperformance
The useful finding is that one person is carrying every difficult case. That is a management problem with a fix, and it is what this is pointed at.
Questions this answers
The things you currently have to ask somebody.
Each of these is a question an owner asks regularly and currently answers from memory, a spreadsheet, or by interrupting whoever is nearest.
Is anybody carrying too much?
Are we keeping the commitments we make?
Which cases are stuck, and with whom?
Where does the team need more knowledge?
Is the workload spread sensibly this week?
Where this stops
What it does not do.
This will not tell you who your best agent is, and it is not built to. Support quality depends heavily on which cases somebody was handed, and any per-person ranking derived from these numbers would be unfair and gamed within a month. Workforce structure, responsibilities and employment matters belong in a workforce platform; this measures service outcomes only.
