Publishing begins with the actual resolution text, edited for a general reader. Writing from a blank page is why documentation backlogs exist.

Reviewed before it is public

A named owner approves. Support answers become company statements once published, and some of them are commitments.

It credits the case it came from

An article links back to the cases that produced it, so the person reviewing it later can see what it was actually meant to solve.
