What connects
A consent-gated read connection to the recent session of the specific customer who contacted you.
What crosses the boundary
- Received: the page sequence and key events for that customer's recent session.
- Received: error and failure events where the site reports them.
- Received: aggregate data on which pages precede support contact.
- Never received: anything for a visitor whose consent state does not permit it.
What this lets you do
- See the path that led to the problem instead of asking the customer to describe it.
- Confirm whether a reported failure actually occurred.
- Find the pages that generate disproportionate support demand.
- Distinguish a user-interface problem from a misunderstanding.
Setting it up

- 2Choose the lookback window — usually the current session only.
- 3Decide which roles may view session context.
- 4Test with a consenting internal session first.
Permissions
Gated on the visitor's recorded consent state, read from your consent engine rather than assumed. Where consent does not permit it, the panel states that plainly instead of showing partial data. Viewing session context is recorded in the audit trail.

- “Which pages lead to the most support requests?”
- “Did this customer actually hit an error?”
Where it stops
This is the most privacy-sensitive connection in the product and it is off by default. It covers the customer who has contacted you, within a short window, where consent allows — it is not a surveillance tool and cannot be used to browse a visitor's history at will.
