Website & product
Everything customer-facing, on your own site.
The support widget, the help centre, the customer portal and the status page all render inside your own website, under your domain and your design. The intelligence behind them stays here.
What connects
A publishing connection that renders the customer-facing surfaces on your site and routes what customers do there back into Resolivo.
What crosses the boundary
- Sent: help centre articles, portal structure and status updates for rendering.
- Received: widget conversations, form submissions and portal sessions.
- Received: which pages generate the most support contact.
- Never sent: internal case notes or anything not explicitly published.
What this lets you do
- Put a support widget on your site that can look at the signed-in customer's account.
- Publish the help centre under your own domain rather than a vendor's.
- Show a status page during an incident, from the same source as the case updates.
- See which pages are generating support demand.
Setting it up
- 1Link the two workspaces.
- 2Choose the paths — usually /help and /account.
- 3Configure the widget's appearance and which pages it appears on.
- 4Publish and submit a test question end to end.
Permissions
Scoped to the support sections of your site. Resolivo cannot edit the rest of your website and has no publishing rights beyond the pages it creates.
What you can ask once this is connected
- “Which pages generate the most support contact?”
- “Publish this status update to our status page.”
- “How many widget conversations resolved without a person?”
Where it stops
Only for sites on that platform. If your website is elsewhere you get an embeddable widget and hosted pages on your own subdomain, which works perfectly well — the deeper integration is a convenience, not a requirement.
