Knowledge
Verified, or not used.
Every article carries a status, a version, an owner and a last-reviewed date. The assistant only answers from verified material — so an out-of-date policy stops being quoted at customers automatically.
Expiry is a real date
A pricing article might need re-checking quarterly; a troubleshooting guide annually. When it lapses, status drops and the assistant stops using it.
Lapsing is visible, not silent
The owner is told before it expires, and the article appears on a review list rather than quietly falling out of use.
Verified means a person
A named person confirmed this is still true on a date. Nothing verifies itself, and nothing is verified by having been published once.
