Communication
Stop support work disappearing into chat.
The internal half of support already happens in Slack, which is exactly the problem: a request to Finance in a private message is invisible to the case and to the customer waiting on it.
What connects
An app that delivers alerts, internal action requests and approvals, and accepts responses back onto the case.
What crosses the boundary
- Sent: escalations, internal action requests, approval prompts and health alerts.
- Received: the response and who gave it, recorded on the case.
- Received: the workspace user list, to match people to accounts here.
- Never received: channel messages, direct messages or files.
What this lets you do
- Ask Finance to approve a refund without the request leaving the case.
- Alert an account owner when their customer opens a high-priority case.
- Approve or decline from the message, with the decision recorded.
- Notify a team when an incident is declared or resolved.
Setting it up
- 1Install the app into your workspace.
- 2Match Slack users to people here.
- 3Choose which events go to Slack and which stay as email.
- 4Point internal action requests at the right channels.
Permissions
Posting and interactive message scopes plus the user list. Resolivo does not request permission to read channel history, direct messages or files, and asking it about a conversation returns nothing because it has none.
What you can ask once this is connected
- “Ask Finance to approve this refund.”
- “Tell me when an at-risk customer opens a case.”
- “Alert the team when an incident is declared.”
Where it stops
Notification and approval only. Resolivo does not read, index or analyse your team's conversations, and no feature depends on it doing so.
